Sell Limits

This feature allows users to define some availability sell limit against each room and OTAs. By defining a limit in RT 3.0, the system verifies this limit when transmitting availabilities to OTAs.

The availabilities set in calendar page of RT 3.0 shall get reduced by Sell limit and final available room counts shall be pushed to the online portals.

There is also option to Smart Fill to update Sell Limit for all portals.

On this page, you can also enable cap limit and set the availability per room and per channel. Setting a cap ensures that, regardless of the final availability for that room type, it will never exceed the cap limit.

If the final availability does not exceed the cap limit, the final availability will be pushed to the channels; otherwise, the cap limit value will be pushed to the channels.

Zero and blank are not considered, hence no calculation and push to channels will happen in these scenarios.
