Reservation Details
The reservation page provides users with comprehensive information about the property's bookings. In order to view the booking details, users are required to click on the "Manage Calendar & Reservations" widget, which will direct them to a detailed page.
Upon reaching the page, users can access graphical representations of various analytics information pertaining to bookings. The data can be viewed in a Summary or Detailed format. Users have the ability to select between Revenue or Rooms Sold to view the reservation analytics data. Additionally, users can choose to include or exclude last year's data by using the Show Last Year or Hide Last Year feature.
Users have the option to personalize their reservation data based on specific requirements by applying filters to various parameters, as exemplified in the accompanying screenshot.
In addition, users can further customize their view by selecting either Stay or Booked periods, as demonstrated in the below screenshot. The information presented can also be downloaded in either Excel or PDF format by clicking on the Download button located adjacent to the Filter button.
To switch the default view from Graphical to either Summary or Detail, users are required to click on the three dots located on the upper-right corner of the page.

Most sections are self-explanatory; however, the last column, "Delivered By," indicates whether a PMS is connected and if the booking has been delivered to the PMS.
Click on each eRevMax ID displayed as a hyperlink to view more details.
You can download the booking in a PDF format or print it as well.
Below is an explanation of the various sections containing details related to the booking.
Reservation Information – In this section, you will find details such as the channel's booking ID, the name of the channel, the booking status, and the number of rooms booked.
Guest Information – This section contains details of each guest staying in each room, including their name, address, email, phone number, check-in and check-out dates, booking date, room type and rate plan booked, room quantity, number of adults and children, meal preferences, special requests, comments, and more.
Service Details – This section includes information about each service, such as its name, code, service price (with or without taxes), whether the booking amount includes the booked services, service booking date, unique service ID, and more.
Price Breakdown – This section provides a detailed breakdown of the price per night for the booked stay, including currency, taxes and total amount
Additional Information – This section includes details such as the cancellation policy, guarantee details, hotel information (name and address), pending guest requests, booking history, and more.
