Pax Set up

In order to ensure that the correct prices are displayed on various channels, it is necessary to set up Pax in RT 3.0. Each channel under Pax set up has the option to select either a Room price or Occupancy price model. If the Occupancy price model is selected, the prices set in the system will be sent to the channel. However, if the Room prices option is selected, the system will prompt the user to specify the occupancy associated with each channel's room rate plan. This will enable the system to determine which occupancy price for the room type should be used to update the room price on the channel's extranet.
