Auto Stop Sell

By enabling the Auto Stop Sell feature, the system will automatically activate the stop sell restriction when the room availability reaches zero or whenever you update availability as zero. By doing so, when you run out of availability we would update the channels with availability zero together with a hard close. This would reduce the risk of distributing new availability to channels in case of cancellations.

If you wish to make the room bookable again, the system will require your action to manually open the date and remove the stop sell restriction.

This feature grants you greater control and flexibility in managing room availability, allowing you to strategically open dates based on your preferences and business needs.

1. To set up the functionality, start by accessing the Settings located at the top right-hand corner.
2. Click on Advanced settings.
3. In the Advanced tab, you will be directed to the Automatically set Stop sell feature.
4. If you want the aforementioned functionality to be active for your property, toggle the switch to the "on" position.
5. Finally, remember to save the changes by clicking on the Save button.
