How to create Rooms ?

To create a room in RT 3.0, you must first log in to your system and select your hotel from the dropdown menu, which will be automatically pre-selected for single hotel users. Next, click on the profile icon located in the top right-hand corner of the screen, and a dropdown menu will appear. From this menu, select the "Settings" option.

Proceed by selecting the "Product" option, followed by "Room" To create new rooms, simply click on the "Add Room Type" button, which is highlighted in the screenshot provided.

Once you have entered the hotel room code and name of the hotel room type, the "Save Changes" button will become enabled.

Upon successfully saving the details, a confirmation message will be displayed.

Note : For properties that are connected to a PMS, CRS, or RMS, it is imperative that the hotel room code in both the third-party system and RT 3.0 match precisely to ensure successful data transfer.
