Within the Expedia Property Status , you can find details about all parameters and their respective statuses (Loaded/Not Loaded) necessary for a property to go live on Expedia.

Some contents may not be loaded in Expedia, which can cause your property to remain inactive and lose potential bookings. You have the option to view the Not Loaded content by selecting the checkbox labeled "Display only Not Loaded Content."

The Expedia Property Status provides recommended Actions in case any parameters are not loaded or if there are error messages.

By following these recommendations, you can address any issues promptly, ensuring your property gets active on Expedia.

After making any changes to your property through the Expedia extranet, you can refresh the Expedia Property Status as shown in the screenshot below .

The screen will then display the latest updates as soon as the channel processes the changes from their end.

The Expedia Property Status also displays a timestamp indicating the last update made by the channel for each content.
