Booking engine stats

This feature is for our Seebooking users, where you now have the capability to access a range of analytics data related to your booking engine via the RateTiger dashboard.

To utilize this feature, log in to the system, and on the primary dashboard, you will find a widget titled "Booking Engine Stats." This widget allows you to compare data from both yesterday and today.

The initial set of data pertains to "Lookers," indicating the number of visitors who accessed your booking engine and browsed your website.

Following that, there is information on "No Availability Found," which represents the count of visitors who searched for rooms but were unable to make a booking due to room unavailability on specific dates.

Another category provides insights into how many visitors successfully found room availability when they conducted room searches on your website.

For a deeper understanding of your performance, you can also track the number of bookings received from Seebooking for both today and yesterday, enabling you to calculate the Look-to-Book Ratio.

The final category encompasses the "Total Lookers Count," allowing you to analyze your website's performance throughout the year.
