Activate pop up for your booking engine

This functionality allows you to generate personalized pop-ups within your booking engine, offering visitors extra benefits when they attempt to navigate away from the page without completing a booking.

To set up the pop up , login to your CRS , then click on Booking engine.

Select last tab Pop-Up

Initially set the button OFF so the pop up doesn't get activated unless you finish setting up details for the pop up .

Steps to set up the pop up details.

1.Select a background color for the pop up.

2. Add an attractive title for the pop up. Title cannot be more than 100 characters.
3. Select the size of the title whether it will be Large, medium or small.
4. Select the title color.
5. Add descriptions , you can add Description Line 1 and 2 if you wish the description to be in two lines. Each description must be within 200 characters.
6. Select the size of the descriptions whether it will be Large, medium or small.
7. Select description color.
8. Select from dropdown the type of pop up (CTA) you would like to set.
   1. Give Promo Code : Selecting this will ask you to add the Promo Code.
   2. Generate Calls : Selecting this will ask you to add a Phone Number
   3. Redirect to Customer link : Selecting this will ask you to add a Redirect Text and Link
9. You can set Decorative Box color and Text color and accordingly the above details are going to get displayed.
10. You can set pop up in total 5 different languages where in English to be the default one. The pop up shall display in the same language which users whose as the booking engine language.
11. Click on Save changes.

Once all the pop up details are configured and saved, please turn on the toggle button so the pop up gets activated on your property's booking engine. Please note the pop up shall display on Results page when the user tries to leave the booking engine.

The pop up will not show again if the user opens the booking engine in the same browser again unless cache is cleared.
