Enable Whatsapp for Booking engine

Here's a quick guide to integrate WhatsApp into your booking engine:

  1. Log in to the CRS (Central Reservation System) and navigate to the Settings menu located at the top right corner.
  2. Click on the Booking Engine tab, which will open the Basic settings.
  3. Find the option for WhatsApp integration and switch it on by selecting the radio button.

  1. Input the phone number where you'd like to receive messages from visitors on your booking engine.
  2. You can view a preview of the WhatsApp integration to ensure everything looks good.
  3. Don't forget to click the Save button to finalize the setup and enable WhatsApp for your booking engine.
  4. Your visitors can now reach you directly through WhatsApp from your booking engine.
