Smart Fill

This feature enables users to efficiently update multiple products at a time.

Multiple product means room type and rate plan combinations as they are created under Rate plan page.

To access it, the user can navigate to the Calendar page and select the Smart Fill option, which is depicted in the screenshot below.

Upon selecting the Smart Fill option, users will have dedicated field for updating each parameter. The page allows management of rates and restrictions at both room and rate level, with the added functionality of being able to apply changes to specific days of the week.

User can select the room types and rate plans from the list provided the mapping exists in Property mapping page.

The Smart Fill Price updates are effective only on the parent rate plans. Any child rate plans prices will be automatically calculated based on the derivation rules set in RT 3.0.

Before finalizing the updates, the product will provide a preview for the user to review and perform any necessary checks. The blue color indicates the changed data and unchanged data will still reflect in black.

The user can also easily revert the changes if necessary as shown in screenshot below. If everything is ok, please click on Update for the confirmation.
