How does Allocation Management work ?

The allocation management feature empowers you to efficiently manage your inventories in real time. With this feature, the system consistently maintains an accurate count of room availability for your property, whether there are cancellations or new bookings.

When you receive new bookings through online portals, the system will promptly decrease the room availability and ensure that the correct information is updated across all channels. Similarly, in the event of cancellations received from online portals, the system will automatically increase the room availability and synchronize the updated information with the channels.

There is an exception to this logic in those cases when availability is zero and the logic for those scenarios depends on the Auto replenishment feature.

It's important to note that the real-time inventory synchronization occurs regardless of whether a Property Management System (PMS) is connected or not. This means that the system will always update the inventory immediately upon bookings, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.

Furthermore, if enabled, any modifications made to stay dates or room counts will also activate this logic, allowing for seamless updates to the inventory management system.


  1. To set up the functionality, start by accessing the Settings located at the top right-hand corner.
  2. Click on Advanced settings.
  3. In the Advanced tab, you will be directed to the Allocation Management section.
  4. If you want the aforementioned functionality to be active for your property, toggle the switch to the "on" position.
  5. Finally, remember to save the changes by clicking on the Save button.
