How to setup Corporate Rates for Booking Engine

Here's a step-by-step guide on how to set up Company Profiles and activate corporate/negotiated rates for the booking engine in the most efficient way.

1. Log in to RateTiger and on the main dashboard, you will notice a widget labeled "Companies." This widget displays analytics concerning the number of company profiles associated with your property.

2. Click on the "Companies" widget. You will be directed to the Company page, which provides a comprehensive list of all the Companies linked to your property.

3. You have the option to edit or delete existing Company Profiles. If you wish to make modifications, select the relevant profile and choose the appropriate action. To create a new Company Profile, click on the "Create new company" option. This will open a tab where you can input the necessary information.

4. Ensure to complete the mandatory fields marked with an asterisk (*). It's crucial to maintain a unique company code for each profile within your property. Please note that once a company is created with a specific company code, the code itself cannot be edited. However, you can freely modify other details associated with the company profile.

5. One company Profile can be linked to one or multiple rate plans. The available rate plans for selection are exclusively those labeled with "Negotiated" or "Corporate" as their Rate Type. If you need further insight into configuring rate plans as Negotiated or Corporate, refer to this link.

6. Every rate plan must be linked to a corporate code, so it's essential to ensure that you maintain distinct corporate codes for your property when creating them for multiple profiles. All corporate codes are generated by the system and start with the letters "CO." If you ever need to remove a corporate code or rate plan from the list, just click on "Remove it.

7. To assign a corporate code to a specific rate plan, select the desired rate plan from the dropdown list and enter the corporate code in the adjacent input box. If you need to make changes to an existing rate plan, you can do so by clicking the 'Edit Rate Plan' link.

8. Click on 'Save Changes' to retain the information.

9. Distribute the Corporate codes to your corporate bookers. By applying these codes during the booking process, corporate bookers can access special rates in the booking engine.
